This section will present my personal notes and extended research on the Aesthetics and Practice sessions. It is divided into 3 subtopics: Observation, Materiality and Process & Spatial Tendencies. For each topic, 3 visiting lecturers/ artist will talk about their work, the process of making it.
The research will be personal reflection of sessions, further research and annotations and lastly a practice-based work in response to the material provided.
The aim is for the research to lead towards the creation of a portfolio of artworks and addressing my main artistic concerns/themes, whilst incorporating the taught material and my personal interests and practice.
